Recruitment Procedure

1. Selection of candidates

On receipt of recruitment permission from the Ministry of Labor the LANDMARK MANPOWER SOLUTIONS publishes an advertisement in the newspapers to collect applications from interested and qualified persons. Application thus received/collected are scrutinized by a committee for short listing as per the requirements of the employer. Particulars of short listed applicants are sent to the employer if so advised or are kept, ready for interview and final selection by the employer’s selection team.
The employer or his representatives then carry on interview and final selection of candidates for which the Agent provides all necessary assistance and logistics.

2. Medical Examination

Persons finally selected will be mobilized to medical examination in an authorized hospital or clinic, Only candidates found physically fit for foreign employment are eligible to sign employment contract.

After receiving all necessary documents we will be able to dispatch the recruited person within one month.

3. Departure Formalities

  • Passports:

Landmark Manpower Solutions assists the selected candidates to get their passports as quickly as possible.

  • Visa:

Landmark Manpower Solutions arranges the stamping of visas on the passports of the selected workers with the co-operation of the employer.

  • Ticketing and immigration clearance:

The employer are required to send PTA final for the selected candidates. The employer may remit necessary traveling of the selected candidates. Landmark Manpower Solution obtains necessary emigration clearance from the Department of Foreign Employment and completes all formalities for departure.

  • Orientation before departure:

Landmark Manpower Solutions provides basic orientation to selected workers before traveling abroad. During this orientation the workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and a first hand information on work environment there and salient features of about laws of the country of employment.

4. Inquiry labor, manpower and overseas

The Landmark Manpower Solutions is maintaining a CV bank, which contains a rich reservoir of resumes ranging from experienced professionals of the highest caliber of qualified, versatile and highly skilled personnel. This CV bank is updated regularly on the basis of information received from the candidates, educational and professional training institutions both in the public and private sector. The data bank is accessed to respond to job inquiries received from potential employers and human resource recruitment firms. The service is provided to employers and recruitment firms on complimentary basis. They are encouraged to send their inquiries to the organization in the strictest confidence.

5. Advertisement

Landmark Manpower Solutions is advertising the job openings in the national’s press. The advertisement would be designed in accordance with the requirements of the employer. A period of seven days for appearance of the advertisement and a margin of fifteen days for candidates to apply would have to be allowed normally. (As specified in the Nepal Labor, Act.)

6. What we require from you

We require following document from you to grand recruitment authority from Nepal Government & to advertise in Daily Nationals News Papers.

  • Power of Attorney (Attested by Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Affairs & Nepal Embassy)
  • Demand Letter (Attested by Chamber of Commerce and Foreign Affairs & Nepal Embassy)
  • Agency Agreement
  • Employment Agreement
  • Guarantee Paper Visa copy/NOC

7. Service Agreement

To avoid any legal claims/dispute, the Landmark Manpower Solutions, would stress upon the employer and the candidates to sign a Foreign Service agreement. This agreement is usually in line with laws if any, operating in the country of origin as well as employment. In addition, this document can include any special condition(s) that may be prescribed by the employer within the legal framework of the country of origin or employment. In the area of human resource recruitment, the Landmark Manpower Solutions renders the following professional services to its foreign employers and recruitment firms:

  • Provision of resumes from office.
  • Resumes from the applicant and send to the employers upon request.
  • Designing and placement of advertisements in leading newspapers. (National News papers)

8. Training

10. Guarantee

Landmark Manpower Solutions is responsible to send manpower (workers) in time except under uncontrolled situation like unavailability of air ticket or other Embassy reason.

Landmark Manpower Solutions is liable to take all responsibilities to take back the technically unfit and unable worker if found so by the employer.
